Er. Bibhuti Bhusan Roul serves as the Technical Director at Lingaraj Infracon & Consultant Private Limited, where he leads the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution and strict adherence to standards. With over 35 years of experience, he is a retired Executive Engineer from the Housing and Urban Development Department, Government of Odisha. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role as Project Engineer for the Cuttack & Angul Division of the Odisha State Housing Board, overseeing the construction of more than 1,500 houses. His expertise lies in construction management, housing development, and the execution of large-scale projects.
